Processing Times

All orders from the ASHBA Store are processed within 2–4 business days.
During peak seasons, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address

  • Order weight

  • Selected shipping method

Note: We may offer free shipping promotions in the future. Any active promotions will appear at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our fulfillment location, delivery speed is controlled by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select locations.
Please note:

  • Delivery times vary widely by destination.

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your package in real time

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you (as stated in our Terms of Service).

  • ASHBA Store is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not able to reroute packages once shipped and are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
