Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with the American Saddlebred Horse & Breeders Association (ASHBA). We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet all of the following requirements:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In the same condition in which they were received

  • With original tags (if applicable)

  • In original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at info@saddlebred.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will receive return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items marked “non-returnable”

  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items (if applicable)

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@saddlebred.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Submit a return request for the item you have.

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

(ASHBA processes exchanges as a return + new purchase.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Please note your bank or credit card provider may require extra time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@saddlebred.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation.
Items must meet the same return condition requirements listed above.
